    Cuz,

I think you are on point. Often times we mis-judge because we ourselves are uncertain about what a woman’s intent is. We fail to ask questions for clarification which often leads to mis-interpretation. I recently encountered this and found that I had to humble myself while giving my opinion but also recognizing what the other individual (woman) had to say. As women we have to take the time to listen to, clarify when in doubt and respect one another.
Now, there are some who are “angry” black women but I categorized those who have some internal problems going on in their life and who have not sought out the Word to get over or deal with this problem. When we let past issues/mistakes overtake our lives rather than dealing with them spiritually, then we can become angry and resentful. I believe God’s word (through meditation and pray) can help us overcome issues.

Strong, opinionated black women are just that! Likewise, those who are such should also mentor and help develop and strenthen other women who are not.

We are fearful and wonderfully made!

    Luv You.
